"Practical implementations of knowledge management"

This is an exercise we do:

in a MBA program

with the management of organisations

Objectives:

The goal is to give people a feeling and insight in the large and complex puzzle of knowledge management, and how they can tackle this organisation wide issue

Content:

By explaining and showing relations between different sub-disciplines people acquire the necessary competencies to build solutions in the knowledge management era. These new competencies are put in practice via different practical cases and discussions on the results.
