Warmoes & Associates is the consultancy company of Steven Warmoes.

Warmoes’ mission statement is

"To coach and educate our clients
to help them achieve valuable and measurable breakthroughs in
 knowledge work".

Steven Warmoes has always been very committed to a multidisciplinary approach. He holds university degrees in computer science, business administration and psychology.

He started in the knowledge field in 1985 as projectleader expert systems for the Bank Brussels Lambert. 

Based on this success, Steven Warmoes created Warmoes & Associates in 1987. From the start, he continued to consider all aspects of a problem and proposes solutions covering as well computer technology, as human and organisational issues. 

The services are based on core competencies in mental processes:

	thinking,
	communication
	learning
	innovation
	coaching
	modelling
	mental ergonomics and functional design of (software) tools to assist mental work.
